Privacy & cookies
Who is responsible
The controller of personal information on this site is First CH LLC, a company based in Japan. Its address and representative are listed on the company profile (opens in a new tab). To contact us about privacy, please use the contact page.
If you contact us
We use your email address and message only to reply and to review your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions about the site, or steps you ask us to take before an agreement. We keep messages only as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of the exchange, and then delete them. We do not share them with third parties without your consent, except as permitted by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent. Until you choose, analytics and advertising storage are set to “denied”, and Google Analytics is not loaded. We do not use advertising cookies.
Google Analytics keeps the data it collects for 2 months, then deletes it. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage for up to about six months, after which we ask again.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops Google Analytics on this site from that point and removes its cookies. It does not affect what was collected before. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Data sent to outside services and other countries
If you accept analytics cookies, this site sends browsing information to the following company to understand how the site is used.

Google LLC may process this data in the United States and other countries. Google states that it relies on safeguards recognized under UK and EU law for these transfers, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. Messages you send us are handled by First CH LLC in Japan.
When you open an ad link, the site you go to (the software company or its affiliate network) collects information under its own terms.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Please contact us.
